Join Amy, owner of Align Yoga Studio in CDA, ID for a 8 day 7 night journey to the Light of your Heart. This Light is promised to be ever present, never absent, always supporting us and independent in its existence. It is full of joy, perfection, beauty and pure consciousness. The Work is to remember this Light and return to it again and again. Practices such as yoga asana, meditation, pranayama and sound healing are all reliable ways to return to this pure essence inside of you. Life is busy and often messy! Join us at the beautiful Harumara to rest, restore, practice and connect with Nature and other beautiful beings!
During your stay, you will enjoy 2 daily yoga practices. The a.m. practice will be a 90 minute yoga practice followed by Savasana and reflection time. The p.m. practice will be more Yin and restorative in nature with sound healing, guided meditation, journaling and circle time.
Enjoy your free time in the afternoons by the beautiful infinity pool, private beaches, or treating yourself at the spa with one of the many extremely talented practioners. Additional activities like whale watching, Tezmacal ceremony, walk to Sayulita, short taxi to San Pancho (great food, beach and shopping), hiking and more are also available.
Amy brings her 22 years of teaching experience and the yoga practices will blend Anusara, Flow, Yin, Restorative and is also sound bowl healing. Anusara means “flowing with Grace” and is a methodology of yoga steeped in Tantric Philosophy which believes in the intrinsic goodness of all beings. This strong practice focuses on alignment, intelligent breath based transitions, and uses heart inspired themes to weave imagination and wonder into your practice. The theme of the retreat is “Align with with Clear Light of Your Heart.” Our practices will take us on a journey through the Chakras and their correlated elements with the aim to peel away the layers and or fog that may be covering the Light of your Heart so that we may Align and SHINE!
